Music Studio Registration - The Music Studio continues to register students for this semester. Please call the office for teacher availability and scheduling.
Holiday Music in Westfield – The Brass Quintet and International American Alphorn Ensemble will entertain holiday shoppers and visitors in downtown Westfield. The Brass Quintet will be strolling the business district on Saturday, November 28, and Sunday, December 6, 13 and 20 playing traditional holiday music between the hours of 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm. On Central Avenue, near Quimby Street, the International American Alphorn Ensemble will recreate the seasonal sounds of the Alps on Saturdays, December 5 and 12 and 19,  from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
Holiday Music in Union - Dr. Ted Schlosberg will also appear  as an alphorn  soloist in  two December concerts in Union. The first performance  with the Union Municipal Band will be at Ehrhardt Gardens, 100 Francis Court, Union on December 7 at 7:30 pm and the second is at the Hannah Caldwell School, 1120 Commerce Avenue, Union, on December 14 at 7:45 pm.
NJWA Rockin’ Jazz Lab Band at the CrossroadsMembers of the NJWA Rockin’ Jazz Lab Band, directed by Caryn Feder, will appear at the Crossroads, 78 North Avenue, Garwood, on Saturday evening, December 12, between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Cover charge is $15 per person.

Channel 62's On the Road Features NJWA -  News 12 New Jersey's On the Road visited downtown Westfield on August 15. Louis Armstrong Award - Dr. Ted Schlosberg presented the Louis Armstrong Award for outstanding accomplishments in jazz performance on trumpet, cornet, flugelhorn and bass trumpet to Florian Schantz of the Florian Schantz Jazz Combo. The presentation took place before a sell-out crowd at the NJWA Gala Celebration and Dinner at Shanghai Jazz in Madison.
