The Westfield Summer Workshop is a comprehensive 5 week program that incorporates many facets of the fine and performing arts.

Most courses are for pre-school to grade 8.  There is a musical theater program, the Summer Stage Theater,  for students in grades 6 to 12, which will present the musical  Barnum this July.

The 2010 program, held  at Roosevelt  Intermediate School, 301 Clark Street, Westfield, will run from June 29 until July 30, from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm   There is an early morning drop off at 7:30 am.

An all day program is  available through an extension program with  the Westfield YMCA.  

The WSW  staff consists of accredited professional artists, musicians, and certified  educators who meet the artistic needs of each participant.  A registered nurse is on staff for the WSW morning program.
